Broadview Capital Partners – (Financial Services) Private equity investment firm that most notably invested in Red Herring magazine.
LoBue Holdings – (Financial Services) International process re-engineering consulting company serving the financial services industry.
LastMinuteTravel – Online provider of last minute travel inventories.
PlusFunds – (Financial Services) Hedge-fund-of-funds company which pioneered the hedge fund index industry. In 2002, the company was restructured and business model changed by an Acartha team to a fund-of-hedge-funds. The company was sold to a private buyer.
CampusDoor – (Financial Services) CampusDoor was the first comprehensive internet based platform marketing student loans. Acartha Principals were the lead and initial investor for CampusDoor which was sold to Lehman Brothers in 2006.
EveryCD – Online music distribution model. Investment made in June 1999.
UGO Networks – Information aggregation portal. Company was sold in 2007 to Hearst Corporation.
Convergent – Provider of consulting and other services to utilities and local government clients. Sold to Schlumberger in October 2000.
Wall Street Rarities – (Financial Services) Internet based platform to aggregate information about inventories and foster trading among collectors of numismatics (rare coins).

Versifi – A developer of Internet Software. Acquired by European based REEF in 2001.

Jobs.com – Built and managed general purpose job board that created an employment marketplace to fulfill the comprehensive needs of human capital management.
Activbiotics (Metaphore) – Developer of drugs for treatment of acute and chronic bacterial infections and pain. The company was taken public in 2006 (NASDAQ: ACTV).
Sendouts – Developer of web based recruiting software applicant tracking system that automates and simplifies its customer's critical recruiting practices.
eSkye – Industry leading wine and alcoholic beverage enterprise management software provider.
12 Entrepreneuring – Holding company for startups offering Web services. Co-founded by the founders of C-Net and Scient.
ImageAmerica – Manufacturer of high-resolution digital cameras for the collection of aerial imagery. Acquired by Google (NASDAQ: GOOG) in 2007.
Kanbay – (Financial Services) Global consulting, technology and outsourcing services provider focused in the financial services sector. Kanbay was taken public (NASDAQ: KBAY) and later acquired by Cap Gemini.
