Paul Caron – Mr. Caron spent his career with Morgan Guaranty Trust Company of New York from 1966 through his retirement in 1990. He served in many positions for Morgan, most notably as Director of the General Banking Division based in Paris, as head of Euroclear and its Belgium offices, and as Director General of J.P. Morgan (Suisse) S.A. Mr. Caron was Co-Executive Director of the Center for European Policy Studies, and is Chairman of UNIMIN, the largest industrial minerals company in North America. He is a board member of several European-based private banks, Alex Brown Realty and the Commission for Catholic Scholarship. Mr. Caron graduated with honors from Georgetown University, attended Harvard Law School and received an M.B.A. from Harvard University in 1966.
John Olds – Mr. Olds was Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The Development Bank of Singapore Ltd. from 1998-2001. Mr. Olds joined J.P. Morgan in New York in 1973. In 1981, he was named head of Public Finance. In 1983, Mr. Olds was appointed head of Morgan's business for the Asia-Pacific region and resided in Tokyo from 1985 until 1986. In January 1987, after returning to New York, Mr. Olds was given responsibility for the development of Morgan's global securities strategy. In 1991, Mr. Olds was appointed head of Euroclear, the world's largest securities clearing and settlement system managed by J.P. Morgan and assumed the additional responsibility of coordinating the firm's European operations. Mr. Olds graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in 1965.
Fred Vinton – Mr. Vinton is the Chairman of Electra Partners Ltd., a private equity company based in London. Previously, he was the CEO of an international family office, London/Zurich. Prior to this, he was COO of NM Rothschild & Sons Ltd., London, England. Formerly, Mr. Vinton spent a 25-year career at J.P. Morgan where he was responsible for the Bank's business in Latin America, UK and Scandinavia. During this time, he was also the General Manager of Saudi International Bank and Vice Chairman of Morgan Guaranty Ltd.
Nicholas Rohatyn – Mr. Rohatyn is Chief Executive Officer of The Rohatyn Group, an asset management firm specializing in the emerging markets. He is also Chief Investment Officer of The Rohatyn Group's flagship fund, The Rohatyn Group Global Opportunity Master Fund, Ltd., where he is responsible for overall strategy and management of the Fund. Throughout his nineteen year career at J.P. Morgan, Mr. Rohatyn held a variety of leadership positions in emerging markets, foreign exchange, commodities, credit markets and e-commerce functions. He served as a member of J.P. Morgan's executive management team for five years. He serves on the boards of MarketAxess, The Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre, and Roberts College of Istanbul. In the past, he served on the boards of the local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC), the RiskMetrics Group, Archipelago, and the Lewis T. Preston Foundation for Girls. A native New Yorker, Mr. Rohatyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Brown University.
